Classic British Motorcycles .com is a web site owned,  and managed by ourselves Classic British Motorcycles and incorporating  www.Motorcyclesparesonline.co.uk

By placing an order through our web site you agree that you are legally entering into binding contract with Classic British Motorcycles.com  and you must be at least 18 years old.

Our Contrac.t

 Orders are subject to acceptance by Classic British Motorcycles  and as such, confirmation of acceptance is by on-line electronic data  hence the Confirmation . We shall reserve all rights to bar  a customer  from ordering goods from  Classic British Motorcycles there is an ongoing dispute. Also from someone that Classic British Motorcycles  suspect  is trying to obtain Goods/Items from us by fraudulent means.

Payments  terms and prices.

The prices of products are as quoted on the web site.

Credit/debit card payments are made via the secure payment system, provided by PayPal who will hold all secure information thats is required to administer the purchase of the goods.

Your card will be debited  £ Sterling and cleared  before we despatch your order.

Products ordered from the  web site will be delivered to the address on the credit card only

Goods on the web site are generally available. We try to establish availability of the products ordered by you before acknowledging your order.  Goods  ordered that are unavailable will have  monies for those items refunded

Classic British Motorcycles will have ownership of any goods ordered until payment is made in full for them. all risk in the goods/items will pass to you once you  have received  delivery.

Our goods refund policy.

Goods/ Items that for some reason are not up to required standard must be notify to us  in writing  no later than 10 days after they were delivered,  you must return the goods/items to us at your expense in their original wrapping, complete and  with the  documentation that was part of  your order.

In order to arrange the returns you need to email us for a returns code , this will enable us to process the returns more promptly and to facilate the refund of your money.

All parts must  be returned back with us no later than 14 days after dispatch, after which  time goods returned will not be accepted cannot for credit or refund .

All monies paid to us in respect of faulty goods/item will be refunded to you after inspection that they are indeed faulty and have not been mis treated in any way.

Goods supplied to you that were incorrectly ordered by yourself will not be subject to a refund .

We cannot accept any liability for changes to or defects in the products that are due to the products' manufacturers,
